Halloween continued...
After an exciting morning, I was looking forward to an even more exciting evening. After I woke up from my afternoon siesta, it was time to get into the other costume. This one was a "Little Angel" dress - complete with wings, aura and a wand.
Nanna returned from office, I was strapped into my car seat and off we were to his friends' houses. But what Nanna and Amma did not account for were my wings - actually not MY wings, but the wings of my costume. They weren't flexible like the ones on my Tulip Fairy costume. Instead they were hard and made it tough for me to fit into the car seat. Most of you who have been following my blog are well aware of my feelings towards car seats - so what happened wouldn't come as a surprise to you.
The house that we were going to was a good 15-20 min away. So, by the time we reached our first stop, I was already a crying angel. The wand went away and the halo followed. The wings still remained - and my crying continued.
It wasn't until after I went into Narayanan uncle's house that I stopped crying. I do need to behave myself in front of others, right? This was how I looked like - without my wand and halo - with my wings and a tear streaked face.

Of course, tears or no tears - I am a professional. I carried out my 'scaring' duties well and obtained my share of candies and toys.
Now that I have scared you with my Halloween constumes, you can send in your contributions to my trick-or-toy fund - lasya.dhulipala@gmail.com. You never know what happens if you don't do that...
